GetYourVintage is the brainchild of two high school friends, founded in late 2011. Hailing from sunny Singapore, we carefully curate all our items in our store where we cater to all your clothing needs at an affordable price. We believe that dressing well doesn't have to come with a hefty price tag. Priding ourselves in sourcing out various apparels that appeals to many with different styles, we display items which are not just necessarily in trend, but also items which we would definitely wear too and where comfort is paramount.

F R E Q U E N T L Y A S K E D Q U E S T I O N S
1. How long will I have to wait before I get a hold of my purchased item(s)?
- For Pre-Order (Women & Men) and Pre-Order (Accessories), please allow 2 to 3 weeks for item(s) to reach to you.
- For Instock item(s), please allow 3 to 5 days for item(s) to reach to you.
2. What mode of payment do you accept?
- We currently only accept POSB/ DBS iBanking and OCBC bank transfers.
3. I want to purchase an item, how do I make an order?
- Click onto the 'ORDER' header at the top of this page and fill in as follows. All orders will be replied within 48 hours.
4. Can I opt for Registered Postage for my parcel?
- Yup! All our items will be sent out via complimentary Normal Postage by default but, you can opt for Registered Postage when you fill in the Order Form. Do note that there will be an additional fee of $3.75 on top of your total order for Registered Postage.
5. Do you ship overseas?
- We are working on doing international shipping but currently, we only ship within Singapore.
6. Are your Instocks item Pre-Loved?
- We separate our Pre-Loved/Vintage and Brand New/ Fresh From The Oven items when you click Instocks. All Pre-Order items are 100% brand new and indeed fresh from the oven!
7. Are your Men's Tops authentic?
- Nope! But we can assure you that they are printed on quality cotton shirt that feels just as good!
8. If I ordered the wrong size, am I allowed to do an exchange or obtain a refund?
- All items sold are non-exchangeable or refundable. However, should we have an Instock of the desired item, we would be more than glad to do an exchange of item for you.
9. The item I want went Out of Stock, will your supplier be restocking them?
- It is highly unlikely that they will restock them. If an item interests you, don't hesitate, just get it before its gone!
10. When do you send in your orders to your supplier?
- We send in our orders every Sunday before midnight. In order for us to send in your orders, all payments are best made by Saturday to ensure smooth flow of making orders with our supplier.
11. How often does GetYourVintage update their store with new items?
- We try our best to update the store on a weekly basis. If you're lucky, there will be more than just an item being uploaded!
12. How can I be assured that my order is sent?
- Once you send in your order via the Order Form, an invoice will be reverted to you within 48 hours. Please take note that some items may be Out of Stock (without having us to label the item as Out of Stock due to difficulty in keeping track of item availability). Any amount transferred to us will be fully refunded within the next working day.
13. Do you take up sponsorships uploads?
- Yup, we're always on the lookout! For any business enquiries, drop us an email to [email protected] and we'll reply you within 48 hours.
14. I have some doubts about my order etc., how do I get in contact with you guys?
- Please direct all queries to our email at [email protected] or you can message us on Facebook or mention us on Twitter.

T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S
- Negotiating of price is not allowed
- Items may differ on picture due to lighting, please allow a minimal colour difference when item is received
- Due to mass production of items, please give about 2 - 3 cm allowance of measurements
- Items will only be sent out once payment is verified and acknowledged
- Registered Postage is strongly advised as we will not be liable for any loss/ damages incurred via Normal Postage
- Buyers have to reply within 48 hours after we have sent out the invoice, else order will be voided
- Customers who do not make payment despite sending multiple orders and received invoices for all orders, GetYourVintage has the right to not take on your patronage
- GetYourVintage has the right to amend the T&Cs without prior knowledge or information disclosed to customers

P A Y M E N T & D E L I V E R Y
- All prices are in SGD (Singapore Dollars)
- POSB/ DBS iBanking is preferred but we accept OCBC transfer as well
- Prices stated are inclusive of complimentary Normal Postage fees
- Registered Postage is available at an additional flat rate of SGD5 on top of your total order(s) cost
- Once bank transfer is done, snapshot of receipt/ reference no. for iBanking is required. Failure to show the aforementioned, will result in a voided order
- We will only purchase your item(s) with our supplier once payment is verified and acknowledged
- Items from supplier will reach to us within 1 to 3 weeks, it may arrive earlier or slightly later depends on shipping process (it's worth the wait, trust us!)
- Once item reaches Singapore, we will mail out item(s) within the next working day
- Normal and Registered Postage (with Tracking Number) items will reach you about 3 - 5 days excluding weekends and Public Holidays
